The room is spacious with air conditioning, and the location is fantastic.

My room was impeccably clean and huge with a decent view of the mountain. Pleased it had a walk-in shower. The staff were cooperative, provided GOOD services.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Great location, really close to a boutique tea store. Set just next door to the centre of the city, close to MG Road as well as the MG Marg in the good area.

The double room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and huge with a beautiful mountain view. the hotel is in an unbeatable location right next to the city center, near MG Road, and all the main shopping stores.

The double room was cozy and equipped with a shower, bath sheets, and slippers, all for the price of USD 2924; the location was superb, being close to Stdc.

The Easter weekend was very enjoyable! The hotel offered nice complementary Easter eggs in the rooms and a little Easter bunny gift in the restaurant. The hotel had a great location, super close to the city center and shops. It was also quiet and peaceful at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.

On the other hand, the hot water in our room was not consistent and we had to deal with some cold showers. , some rooms were a bit smaller and cramped, which made it difficult to move around.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Gangtok. The staff, including Saroj and Bhawana, were incredibly helpful and cooperative. They went above and beyond to cater to the guests' needs. The hotel's location was also very convenient, just a short walk away from MG Marg. The room, especially the one with a good mountain view on the top floor, was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.

Everything was great and there were no major issues.

The Attic room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. The view from the room was mesmerizing. The location was convenient, near the taxi stand and a short walk to MG Marg. The staff was friendly and provided excellent hospitality.

Our xmas stay was amazing! the hotel had some great complementary surprises for us, which included a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room. the location was perfect for us, just a stone's throw away from the main street and local transport. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, which was an added bonus. the staff was also very courteous and always willing to help.
